At Scentiva, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for our perfume products.
Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are only accepted if:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The seal or plastic wrap has not been removed
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your order
Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Opened or tested perfume bottles
- Items with broken seals or damaged packaging
- Clearance or final sale products
- Gift cards
Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos or video showing the issue
We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Return Process
- Email us at [scentiva@gmail.com] with your order details.
- We will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Once approved, ship the item back to the return address we provide.
- After the product is inspected and confirmed unused, we will process your refund.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout (Stripe).
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges.
If you want a different perfume, please place a new order after your refund is processed.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will follow the return policy.
